The Guest Services Center Representative is a part-time, hourly position providing customer service support during performances and events at the Benedum Center and Byham Theater. These representatives interact with guests seeking information and assistive equipment to enhance their patron experience. Duties include:
·Answering patrons’ questions regarding the theater, performances, and the Cultural District ·Handing out assistive listening devices and closed captioning devices ·Maintaining the cleanliness of the area and cleaning returned devices ·Filling out daily reports detailing Guest Service Center activities
Applicants must have a very flexible schedule and be available on evenings, weekends, and holidays (to align with performance schedules in the theaters).
