This full-time, salaried position is responsible for fundraising as part of the Individual Giving team, developing individual fundraising strategies to increase both revenue and donor base. The Manager of Individual Giving provides day-to-day management of the Partners membership program (individual donors up to $1,500/year), including all fundraising activities, special solicitation, donor stewardship and cultivation. This position is a key collaborator in the Trust’s efforts to identify and prioritize donors with the capacity and affinity to move along the giving continuum. Main job responsibilities include project management, coordinating innovative fundraising campaigns, and promoting new donor acquisition.
Candidates should have at least two years of development experience, preferably with individual giving or annual campaigns. Strong writing and communications experience required. Familiarity with and comfort working in a fundraising database (Tessitura or Raiser’s Edge preferred) required. Candidate must be a team player, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess strong writing and project coordination skills. Bachelor’s degree required. The salary range for this position starts at $50,000.
